Ah thank you SO MUCH! I did a factory reset on my phone that I bought in Korea, and of course now everything was in Korean. I was able to click enough of the right buttons to bring me to the settings page, and then your video helped me get it back to English. Thanks again!

I was horrified when somehow I saw that my language has been changed into a character language. tried to call Verizon but could not get past the computer. but all I had to do was type in Google, and your video fix my phone in seconds! thank you for taking time out to do what the major phone carriers can't seem to do. you rock!

Not actually correct, you would want to go to settings . Scroll over to controls then press the A button.
