My name is Palak and my question is, I got ITA from SINP on 14th July 2022.
Now my ielts is expiring on 12 September 2022, but I will submit my SINP documents by 5th August before my Ielts expires so let me know
1) Should I resit my ielts again.
2) Is my express entry profile going to be discontinued after 12 September as my Ielts is expiring.
3) if I resit ielts do I need to update my score in sinp even if I have received the AOR or just need to update my express entry profile.

Then I can expect something till March 2023?

I actually got interest from OINP and I also applied. But somehow my application got withdrawn by OINP due to incomplete application (missing T4) so I withdrew my old Gckey profile and Made a new one. But with new profile I am ineligible for FSW program.
I have selected "No" on applied ircc before so is it correct?

If I have same NOC code non-Canadian experience, can I have multiple employers?
For instance:
If I have 1 year 4 months experience with one employer then
4 months with other
2 years and 8 months with other employer.
Is that all calculated as 4 years 4 months as long as there is no gap and same noc?
Or the one with 4 months is not calculated?
Also, if I am working for 40hr/week for a company based outside of my country so it will be counted as self employed, is that right?

Hey Kubeir, Need to your help. My first EE profile got expired in this January and then I created a new profile with the same details. It’s been 4 months since I created the new profile and recently I got an email for ineligibility. I checked my score and it is more than 67. I am meeting all the six factors that is required for FSWP. I am presently working in Canada and will be completing my one year work experience in coming month, that makes me eligible for CEC as well. I am not sure what went wrong, is there anything else that I need to check?

Hey , I hope you okay. I work in Youth Studies and Social Project Management in a metropolitan municipality. Even though I am a youth worker and conducting and leading some projects, my job title is "office worker" due to bureaucracy issues that Municipality always give us that title no matter what you occupy. However, I took reference letter from my managers about what I do. Moreover, I have lots of pictures about projects that I conduct.

Can I take social and youth worker title, may official title can block that even though reference letters and other documents?

Hi sir, Thanks alot for your detailed explanation. I have a small doubt about Celpip score, as you said each field (LWRS)would be calculated separately. For instance I have scored (L9,W9,R7,S11), as per the individual point based it would be like, 6+6+4+6=22 or else is it clb7 since overall Celpip CLB level is determined by the lowest score of any of the task therefore each task(LWRS) is awarded with 4 points =16.

For federal skill worker, I initially began working under a work permit with one employer in the role of Drafting Technician and Technologist (NOC code 2212), with a permanent full-time job offer, and after working there for 1 year and 5 months, I switched to another job under the same NOC code. My new offer letter indicates employment until my work permit expires. So if we have more than 67 points will we surely receive an inivitation or maybe they will stop at some higher score when they reach the number of immigrants for exemple after getting 100 candidates they stoped at 70 points ? Iam confused

Hi. I have a question and a bit complicated. Since IRCC lifted the 20 work hours, I became a full-time worker during my studies. We know that in FSWP, full-time/part-time jobs are counted for work experience. My 1year work experience will be completed by first week of June. I have already created a profile and I am now confused. Should I put 1 year canadian experience or not? Because it’s as if I am applying for CEC but no.
