this video is good but the kitchenaid stand mixer bites the big one. mine comes apart every time I use it, and the dough hook even broke. now I can't find the neck pin screw after it all falling apart again and to make matters worse, I called customer service and they said "we don't have that part listed" and sent me a link to an off the wall parts department with no part number
