ОтветитьExcellent video! Very well done! One of the best travel videos Ihave seen on You Tube in quite a while. Very well shot and paced video.
ОтветитьVisited The Lake District many times and my favourite place is Keswick, beautifully clean, has everything you need with great shops and pubs and just a few minutes walk to the scenic Derwent Water. Many great memories.
ОтветитьWhat if I am too old to hike. I am disabled 85
ОтветитьHad to give up on this video, couldn’t bear the vocal fry 😩
ОтветитьThank you for sharing! Beautiful Narration. Absolutely lovely job. Thank You!
ОтветитьHi don't leave it to long
ОтветитьDid u go in the summer months. Obviously darks early nights in the autumn. We are heading to Cumbria in two wks. It is my birthday. So somewhere different and my husband hasn't been before. I loved it all the times I used to go there. Climbed Helvellyn.. and catbells.. went to Beatrix potters house at near sawrey which is a lovely amazing place. Loved it there.
ОтветитьYou didn't own a raincoat?? If you lived here - like I do - you'd have several raincoats......plus thick jumpers, scarves and hats. We get Winter here in the Lakes, followed by 6 Months of bad weather.....But I still wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The famous Lakeland writer/illustrator and hill-walker - Alfred Wainwright - said there is no such thing as bad weather - only unsuitable clothing. I've never eaten Grasmere gingerbread personally. I'd go for Cartmel sticky toffee pudding...... I also commend you on getting the names of the various bodies of water correct. There is no such place as Lake Windermere! It is just called Windermere, the same as the town of the same name..... Good video! Certainly one of the better visitor videos I've watched.....
ОтветитьNext time you come you need to get your hiking gear on and get of the beaten track and get up into the mountains. Thats the best way to see the lake district its quite simply breath taking.Surprise view is nice but its certainĺy not the best view lol.
Ответитьvery well made and narrated please come back soon ps I'm not very keen on ginger bread
ОтветитьIt’s tip of the iceberg….stunning place x
ОтветитьI have a few homes well my parents do and it’s soo relaxing
ОтветитьI loved your video of a most pretty national park of England .
ОтветитьI went there back in May for 3 days and I still really miss it. I will 100% be going back one day. Such a beautiful place.
ОтветитьAmazing part of the british isles! Castlerigg is a must for sure
ОтветитьGot to be honest, Why oh Why would someone buy a stored version of a Cumbrian masterpiece, let alone actually eat it ? Sarah Nelsons creation should only EVER be purchased on the day it is baked, and then enjoyed asap or at least within 5 days, if you can't wait in line for the real thing then why opine on some imitation that frankly only a mug would buy ? complete and utter sacrilege. oh dear.
ОтветитьGood morning, I've just watched your vide, very good and nice to watch and peaceful whilst having Sunday breakfast, thank you.
I've been to some of these places so brought back amazing memories, waste water is beautiful when the sun is shining, did you not fancy going to Buttermere?
Lovely video. Found it great how you showed quite a variety of activities and gave a brief explanation / short history on the places. You seemed to have missed the sunshine on this trip, though!
We are looking to visit from London so good to know the switch from train to car can happen in Kendal.
Do you have any written plane with all the locations please?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your trip! The video quality is amazing, you captured the beauty of the Lake District really well!
