ОтветитьLooks awesome!
ОтветитьLooks great! Lobster and steamers are a staple here but I always get them off the boats or the tank live, and have always steamed them. Never thought of grilling but why not, we grill shrimp that way. Thanks for another awesome video! Cheers!
ОтветитьNever ever use Old Bay with lobster. Growing up in New England that's a sacrilege.
ОтветитьWe're going to try this way of cooking lobster tonight. Thank you for the recipe!
ОтветитьThank you very much for your tutorial video. I followed your instructions and the lobster tails came out fine restaurant quality ❤
ОтветитьI used Old Bay blackened on some large prawn shrimp and WOW!!

ОтветитьCongrats! Down here in Brazil we do it same way. Fire and salt! When we add the butter....hummm!!
ОтветитьThank you for that presentation need to Cook something different sometimes really appreciated 👍
ОтветитьNo Old Bay necessary. Trust. Lobster’s naturally seasoned. Oil with smashed garlic cloves, baste with unsalted AA Irish butter, simply Salt Bae tails with Pink Sea salt, minced fresh parsley leaves, & a squirt of fresh lemon at the end…make sure ur mistress sees it…damp panties & Niagara falls all nite long…ur welcome.
ОтветитьLooks really good.
ОтветитьI lobster recreationally; my question is should I boil the live lobsters (or at least their tails) for a little less time than normal if I'm intending on grilling them?? Thanks!
ОтветитьHe might have forgot about the lemon but he did everything else pretty good pimpin😊

ОтветитьWhat's going on buddy! Man, I was just browsing through comments on old videos and happened to see your name. Thought I'd come by and say hello. Dude. I've tried to make a video on Lobster Tails 3 TIMES, and something happened every time. My wife is the seafood lover. I'm glad SOMBODY managed to get a good video up on 'em, lol! Anyway, looks like you're killin' the game over here man. Congrats on all your success! Weber Kettle Nation.
ОтветитьWhat temperature did you pull them at?
ОтветитьPERFECT! I did them the same way and they turned out excellent today for our anniversary!! Thank You!!
ОтветитьGreat lobster grilling. Old Bay runs thru my veins, Eastern Shore of Maryland Native.
ОтветитьAwsome job, but no lemon is a sin. 😅
ОтветитьGreat video, so your doing the whole cook on the indirect side? I also have the SnS and tried tails over the weekend, and followed a video where it was the direct side. It was much harder to manage the temps.
If they come out this good on the 'cool' side I may give it another go.
Don't you own a French knife??
ОтветитьI did the same thing only in the exact opposite order... good eating though!
