Thank you for this. I know normally when applying for a bond, they require a settlement letter as evidence that credit is paid off. They're aware that credit score takes a while to update. With the right team you can have your dream home

Your smille 😍😍. I don.t have dept only a hospital bill that I dont want to pay because the medical aid was supposed to do it. Almost 1 year we fight and I gave up. The bill was only R600 and its R2000 now I know I will loose more if I fight longer. And the call I receive for only R2000 are too much. You are so brave.🤗🤗
