Hard Reset / Factory Reset any Chinese Android phone with Chinese recovery / Chinese Language

My Me cool M8S pro L tv box having problem connecting wifi, It was working for four months and now suddenly do not allow me ,when i click to able it stays for few second and go back to off.I have tried, reboot my router, and even I had a hard factory reset few times of my tv box, need help please. thanks.

Thank you for the great explanation. Unfortunately it didn't solve my problem (Unfortunately, VoiceCommand has stopped) but at least you helped me out with the chinese menu because I was flabbergasted when I saw that. Before I learn chinese I want to learn Hindi ? dhanyavaad ;-)
