ОтветитьI have Ehlers-Danlos syndromes and do everything possible in diet and lifestyle behaviors to manage it as well as possible. But the great laxity and weaknesses in my tissues has caused horrible bowel difficulties. I will definitely add these sensible ideas to my regime. Thanks
ОтветитьI was having hemorrhoid before because of my hard stool and when I recover im having bad constipation which I can poop everyday but cannot empty my colon, and I don’t have the urge to poop even though I ate fiber everyday hope this will help me, thank you for sharing

ОтветитьI have been suffering chronic constipation since 2019, been done all the tests n colonoscopy, the conclusion is slow motion of my intestine that cause hard stool n constipation. Thus, I have to take lactulose daily n recently I hv to increase from 20ml per day to 30ml but still hard to pass motion. It's really my fortune to come across this video accidentally! It works for me ! I can reduce my lactulose to 20 ml now n pass motion smoothly. I have been trying so many methods and this is the only one seems work for me! Will continue to do it , hopefully can slowly reduce lactulose n let me gut back to normal motion. Btw, this is also a sweaty exercise that good for overall body. Every morning I spend about 50 mins to complete all n sweat through out my body

ОтветитьSorry to say that none of these exercises are things I can do as I have left side hemiplegia, or permanent paralysis of my left side. Unfortunately I also experience chronic constipation. Is there anything else that you can recommend?
