Just pulled Vigilance Wing and tested it out. I was like yeah, it looks cool... but that's it. In my opinion you're totally right. It just has no real use to me. I play strikes often but that is as much multiplayer as it gets. Really. No use from this exotic.

Black talon is actually pretty good in gambit never once ran out of ammo

Osteo with catalyst and a void warlock with a devour build and Nazerec's Sin makes for one very hard to kill solo build

Your to kind I just don't think anarchy is a B I feel more like a C it just doesn't work for me I find myself running out of ammo on boss fights and so many red bars I find myself short on boss damage 😅

Conditional finality does nothing to overload because it's an instant freeze there's no slow build up it's a simple yes or no freeze.

Final warning hits harder than most machine gone. And I personally think it's highly slept on.

Lumina doesn’t deserve to be F tier when you look at a weapon you have to put it as solo and group play solo it’s not good but group play like raids and nightfalls it’s pretty decent so it should be at least C tier cause it’s not solo friendly

My personal go to exotics is revision, quicksilver and crimson, mostly using revision as i just fully maxed it out and the 2 burst mode makes it feel like a scout rifle

I actually just did a pve ace of spades build, it works nicely with an auto rifle and a grenade launcher.

Happy to see Coldheart at least in the B category, i swap to centrifuse for pvp moments like gambit but on my armamentarium arc titan that uses ionic traces to regen grenade energy, its a very run dps weapon and general add clear as well. With mods for ammo stock i can afford to run a primary hand cannon or shotgun for enemies that coldheart takes just a little too long to clear.

with final warning, "what are you supposed to do with your energy slot" the answer is forbearance.

lumina is a or s tier in group play. you shoot it at the floor and your entire team (besides you) gets a damage buff that isn't overridden by any other buff

So that hand cannon buff changed literally everythibg lol. Hand cannons are now the meta imo. They just take down most enemies really fast.

If the guns had the 3.0 abilities like jolt and destabilizing rounds which I kept hearing you say for some guns they’d be too broken on PVP and everyone would be running that

Final Warning and Tarrabah can delete champions for zero ammo, freeing up your energy slot for Forbearance. They're my regular companions for master lost sectors when they're in the seasonal artifact.

Solar titan, bonk hammer, plus prometheus lens is how I solo'd Simmumah Ur-Nokru. Just kill adds with your hammer for x3 radiant and use surge mods ... all the sudden it's absolutely melting. You have it down in C and I feel personally attacked 😂

Black Talon can do it's heavy twice in quick succession. Also, the Catalyst helps a lot -- you can make the heavy either cost one ammo (by firing before your sword fully recharges) or do a fuckload more damage (by letting your sword fully recharge). It does a fair bit more than other caster frames.

Cryosthesia in F tier is fair considering Conditional Finality exists

Sweet Business is definitely effective in PVE when paired with a TItan and the Actium War Rig chest armor. 150 shot magazine, primary ammo, and auto-continuous reload? You can fire almost forever!

I'll say this about Rat King being in D tier. Rat King was indispensable in getting my first grasp of avarice solo flawless on my warlock. The invisibility nearly on command was an incredible tool. On bossless and ad-heavy encounters, it is great for keeping any class safe from danger.
