Most of my contacts are years old and new entries are most likely added from my Android phone (always set to save to Google Contacts). I want to start from scratch and use Excel (NOT Google Sheets) as my drawing board where I can organize everything. So how do I go about it? TIA.

When using Gmail....the "to" populates with emails I have no idea where they came from. Does anyone know how to stop this. They are not from the address book. tHanks. ....and tHanks for all the videos
