Imo the Gentleman will pick up tration if they do a 36-38mm version. Same thing happened the Aqua Terra
ОтветитьFantastic list Teddy! However because the recommendations are so strong, my personal dilemma is “date versus no date” in regards to a watch that offers a full package “versatility”. What is your opinion on date versus no date when it comes to a versatile watch? Thanks again for producing such professional and thought provoking content.
Ответитьmontblanc heritage series - overlooked!
ОтветитьD. Dornblüth & Sohn is interesting too, not crazy expensive.
ОтветитьI bought a seiko spre black face with gold outline as a graduation gift for myself in may and I love it. Wear it to work every day
ОтветитьThe Murph is such a beauty😍 wearing my 38mm whilst watching this
ОтветитьThe Nautilus is the Amex Centurion (a.k.a. Black Card) of the watch world. You rarely see it, but when you do, you know exactly what it implies.
ОтветитьThe Seiko Alpinist is hard to beat GADA watch, specially considering the specs and sale price. On the other hand, the Aquaterra could be the most beautiful and value GADA watch, the look, the size, the specs, the design and quality make it allmost the perfect watch.
Ответитьno Oyster Perpetual? you must be delusional.
ОтветитьReally great video, however I’ve found a watch with everything for less than £280!. Swiss brand, automatic, sapphire crystal, AR coating, 100m WR, and the build is just awesome. Roamed Primeline Rotapower 703-660… I cannot understand why so little is mentioned about this brand. Keep up the good work
ОтветитьI stay clear of Rolexes...... Oris and Longines .Orient. Seiko ... likes wearing what others ignore. Many rich people want to own a Rolex. Oris for me.❤
ОтветитьVC Overseas with quick change bracelets/straps is without question the most versatile quality watch out there.
ОтветитьWhat is ur opinion on Tissot Gentleman Open Heart. Can I go for it instead of normal Gentleman?
ОтветитьTissot Couturier. It's got 100m of water resistance and an eye catching day/date layout at a very reasonable price.
ОтветитьI have some expensive watches, including an Omega and a Sinn, but the one that gets the most wrist time is my Glycine GMT. Fits all situations.
ОтветитьYou never cover Tags?
ОтветитьNo for me….terrible choices
ОтветитьThe Orient classic RA-AK0307B10B is a fantastic watch with a couple of cool complications very reasonable at just under $400 I wish it made your list so everyone could see has a day a date and a complication which is pretty hard to get in this price range
ОтветитьI honestly prefer the Oyster Perpetual over the Explorer
ОтветитьThat new Conquest is definitely on my radar, that green dial is georgous
ОтветитьAgree on the Rolex Explorer.
Ответитьtwo things in the world i dont have are tattoo and wristwatch, these two goes hand-in-hands.
ОтветитьThese are "versatile"? Really?
How about: 100 meter Water Resistant, Solar powered, backlight, 12/24 hour switchable, 24 time zones, 6 alarms, stopwatch/lap timer, countdown timer, automatic Atomic Clock synchronization, automatic DST/St adjustment, automatic leap year adjustment, barometer, thermometer, altimeter and compass? Casio Pathfinder. $300 when I bought it 18 years ago.
Teddy, please make a full video about the Speedmaster line. There are so many options!
ОтветитьCitizen OP maybe
ОтветитьGood VID! Please add chaptering in the future.
ОтветитьCredit card debt is at an all time high in the UK, 1 out of 2 Americans cannot come up with 1K if an emergency happens and this mother fucker sais that having only 1 watch sounds scary and advises people to build watch collections.
ОтветитьI own an overseas dual timer but I wouldn't call it very versatile because it is extremely loud and flashy on the wrist. When I wear it, people notice because of it's finish. I just got a horage supersede and I find it to be extremely subtle because of the finishing and the diver bezel. It's still an integrated bracelet watch but I wear it almost every day. Before I got this piece, I was wearing a blancpain leman dual timer and my zenith captain elite dual timer for most days (yes I love gmt and dual time complications). Both of those watches are extremely versatile and understated. I also have the new version of the alpinist with the compass insert, I brought a bracelet for it as well which I like more than the strap that came with it.
Great list as always Teddy.
You just chose the same watch type and style 21 times…
ОтветитьG-shock should be included in the most iconic watches imo, nut not sure which model specifically. Also Casios, like the Casio Royale
ОтветитьEnjoyable video. However, no offence intended, but subjectively I thought every single option you presented was beyond ugly, utterly undesirable.
ОтветитьGreat list and review. I am leaning towards getting a Rolex Explorer 40 however, is there any reason why not to include the Explorer 40 instead of the 36 even when you mention that the 36 could be considered a bit small for some? Thanks!
ОтветитьTudor BB 54 is the best everyday watch IMO
Ответитьthere's a 40mm explorer :) 224270 <3
ОтветитьThat’s why I ordered my Explorer in 36mm. Classic, Timeless, and understated.
ОтветитьPersonally, I would just save up for a new or used date just.
ОтветитьField watches shouldn't have been included in this list. My opinion.
ОтветитьSurely Hamilton Khaki Auto the better go-to option??
ОтветитьTeddy delivers ALL the best watch picks!
ОтветитьThe submariner all the way
ОтветитьIWC 3239 FTW
ОтветитьIf only that Seiko Sports watch had a single date with an oval shaped window like the opposing 9 o clock indeci
ОтветитьExplorer, Sub, Hamilton Khaki, vintage Hamilton Glenn. 👍
ОтветитьUnsubscribe
ОтветитьStop watching this guys videos
ОтветитьUnder $600 Hamilton Kahki
Ответитьnomos?
ОтветитьAny opinions on Certina watches? Like the DS Action? That was my choice over the Gentleman
Ответить
