Both losing my mother and having a relationship breakup at the same time triggering my deepest abandoment traumas made me lock myself up emotionally to protect myself. This practice has allowed me to gentry open up again and it opened up for my tears to come flowing again.
The way you moved the through this practice in a very feminin, graceful and gentle way made all the difference. Thank you so much ♥

It must be very helpful for those who are not used to moving hteir body. It is a little bit too cautious though for those who already knows what the heart-openers are. It would be realy good to have thiat indicated in the description.
(Also do note that when you are in thread-the-needle the mic gets covered and not everything you say is intelligable. If you don't find that voiceover works it would be a good idea to reposition the mic somehow)

Ответитьtypically in therapy, I less express my emotions and cry, but more tense up and feel my thoughts float off so these sorts of routines are really helpful, especially right after an intense therapy session. Typically these sorts of trauma informed yoga videos (even those of yours) make me feel great and much less tense, but this time I actually was on the verge of tears and I honestly can say I've never experienced that before now. Basically, thank you.

ОтветитьThis has been very helpful, i’ve been trying to heal over the past year from anxiety and chronic shame and this has helped improve my mood and i also tear after each session. Also I have a question, each time i sit with my legs folded to begin and listen inward, my legs gets really shaky so I would like to know if this is also trauma I need to release or what do I do to help this situation?

I couldn’t believe it but by the end of the session it felt like there was this storm coming up from my heart area to my throat and suddenly I started crying like without tears and just shaking, and after a few seconds there were tears. I used to see this reactions in videos and thought to myself because I don’t have the opportunity to go to retreats or trauma release centers I’ll never be able to release them… but you made it possible for me. So THANK YOU so much with all of my “open” heart 🥲♥️♥️♥️

ОтветитьJust stumbled upon your channel, after realizing that my body is stuck in flight or fight mode, and I have trauma stored in my hips, shoulders, etc., hence the super tightness and pain in these areas. Question (I haven't viewed this video yet) - will these exercises have the same effect if I modify them according to my comfort level? I'm not stretchy or flexible at all. Thank you for choosing to share these with us.
ОтветитьOMG! I had such an ecstatic practice with you as my guide today. Thank you so much. What I got from this is phenomenal. At one point, during the first heart opener like an extended child pose, I created a shield of protection around myself so that I can be vulnerable, shine and transform. Thank you! During the bridge pose, I received a message that we are all here to offer good to ourselves and each other. That is what the Circle of Abundance is. We are the Light. It is us. We are sacred beings or Light and Love. Then, after bridge pose, I shifted to happy baby pose! I giggled with glee! It was soo ecstatic. After, I cried tears of joy for this healing experience and the revelations I received. Thank you so much.

ОтветитьThank you for such loving, caring and soothing energy. It’s very healing for the inner child besides the yoga. I’ve been feeling heart pain/blockages physically for the last three years and constantly purging trauma and crying. I haven’t been able to do much yoga or movement during this time, but it was a pleasure to do this. So gentle, half the time I was doing my own thing intuitively, but your energy was paramount and brought so much love. Namaste.

ОтветитьI've practiced yoga on and off since i was about 18; I'm 26 now. I've never experienced an emotional release before during a class. This was my first! Thank you for creating a safe space that allowed that to come through for me. I woke up this morning feeling an overall lightness in my heart that i hadn't felt in a long time.
