How about Depth Perception?

This cuts deeper than you think, because you legally cannot be a pilot if you don't have good depth perception, meaning whatever incident happened to Wolf, he can not legally be a pilot. This isn't just a cute jab, Wolf disrespected his female pilots, assuming they're just Bill's "party favors" and not real pilots because they're female, and also patronizes them, calling them "lovely" as if that makes up for it, because of this offense, Bill calmly with no hesitation destroys Wolf.

If I remember, Lela in Futurama is the captain of the ship even though she’s a cyclops, but you don’t really need depth perception in space because of the vastness of it.
