SQUEEZE THE BAH!
ОтветитьMake sure you guys grip the bah and pull down hod
ОтветитьI don't have to stand up to reach for the bar 😁. And I tried your trick with my thumbs and yes it does help as my grip isn't that strong to begin with and at the point I'm doing Pulldowns I've already done a few other excercises and my grip is tired.
ОтветитьThanks man, that thumbs over the top really helped!
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThank you scout from Tf2, very helpful
ОтветитьThank you!!
Ответитьnever grip the BAH. hook the BAH.
ОтветитьThis dude is from Boston. lol
ОтветитьI hate this muscle group so much, it only gets any benefit from exercises when planets are completely aligned are something.
Incredibly frustrating and the harder I try the fatigue only shows up in the rhomboids, rear delts, and the serratus.
I have to be in a very precise in a very limited range to even feel it contracting to any meaningful degree. And doing the movement it feels like my connective tissue and weird muscles under the lats are just tying themselves in knots.
Sadly this didn’t help at all.
I tried like 5 different lat exercises today with no success.
Thanks for your tips, it helps a lot for a beginner like me over age 50👍
ОтветитьBaaa
ОтветитьWow I'm defo gonna try these tips when am in the gym next also dang that outro song is sick
ОтветитьI feel like I’m doing this wrong every time I do this idk why, hopefully this video can help.
ОтветитьI never really struggled feeling it in my back too much but I've always had trouble with beating the fatigue of my grip strength fading (which is surprising cause I can lock my 250 lb brother with a bear hug even when i was in wrestling people hated it) but actually focusing on pulling my elbows down gets my back worked fast enough that I can beat the grip fade and lift a bit heavier
ОтветитьHOOK THE BAA!

Using as little of your biceps as you can.
Okay, now I feel my lower abs. Huh.
ОтветитьHelpful thank you
ОтветитьIt's not necessarily my biceps but for some reason my arms just hurt and I cant feel any burn on my back. Hopefully this helps.

ОтветитьIt is insane how just a little adjustment to your grip cause change the entire dynamic of which muscles are getting targeted.
ОтветитьIs it me or does this guy sound exactly like the athlean-X guy
ОтветитьNo one explained to me like that ❤
ОтветитьI realize now how stupid I looked at the gym, for 2 years I thought it was supposed to work biceps 😔
ОтветитьNice! Beginner at the gym and have noticed my triceps have been more sore than my lats when doing pull downs, going to try these tips next time! 👍
