Hi! I just wanted to express my immense gratitude to you for making these videos! It has been a couple years since I have taken any college courses, especially A&P, and I recall being as confused as ever on this topic when it came up in class. Fast forward a couple years, I had my TEAS exam coming up for the nursing school I was applying too and I was so frazzled on where to begin and how on Earth I was going to be able to grasp all of these complex concepts in the three months I had to prepare before my exam. So, if a LARGE molecule is formed in the blood, e.g. by fusing polyunsaturated oil molecules together, and the liver can't do anything with it, then it will be inert crap that will remain in the blood forever. Right? This could explain the phenomenon where injecting the blood from an old mouse into a young mouse brings on symptoms of old age. Possible?

I have a doubt about the reabsorption at vasa recta I think that it should reverse in accordance to the counter cirrent mechanism it follows, pleade explain i need clarity

You should have added that by the mentioned osmosis our kidneys have a huge impact on our blood pressure. Greetings from an M. Sc. of chemistry who suffered under kidney stones a few months ago. And yes my blood pressure skyrocketed due to the blockage of one of my kidneys. 😉
