This really is a beautiful song that I relate to a lot, but the problem for some people including myself is not only the fact that we cannot see our own beautify but we believe we are unloveable because, at the end of the day, how can one be loved if one does not love oneself?

My friend committed suicide 2 days ago. I sent him the video and told him "It can always get better, trust me, You have so much to live for" Then I realized I was 2 hours short. I was too late. I will never forgive myself. I hate myself so much that I didn't pay attention sooner. He NEEDED help, And here I stand thinking he probably didn't think I gave a shit, and he will never know how much he meant to me. Suicide is never the answer. R.I.P Jordan Walker August 7 1998 - January 7 2015. 15 years old, he had a life full of potential

My teacher got me into this band and e played this song to show me them and I almost cried 

to all of those suffering from depression i'm not going to say "it gets better" instead i am going to say it will get better if you let it get better. depression doesn't go away over night, or over a week for that matter. it is a long struggle that you really have to fight hard to overcome. But please don't give up because it is worth it to finally sit there and love who you are, your place in life and how far you have come. I have gone from crying my eyes out every night and walking around like a zombie, to someone who loves life so much, i don't want to ever leave it. I want to mark my place on this crazy planet we call earth and to make a difference. To those of you who feel responsible for the happiness of others, STOP IT, okay you are doing a great job simply by loving them and being there for them. It is not your job to save someone, you can't save people physically, you can save them emotionally, but it is their choice at the end of the day whether they follow your advice or not, it is their choice to leave.

I just found this song again by looking at an Instagram quote that I posted back in 2013. I can't believe I forgot about this amazing music! :D

I used to be a very depressed person with no handle on their emotions. When I first heard this song, it was when my boyfriend played it for me in my car. We sat there with just this song playing, and he said "this song is for you." It shook my foundations, and helped me though some very tough times.

3 years later, he leaves me because I still didn't have a handle on my emotions. I was relying on him to be happy, but that's not what a relationship is. When I look back at it, I truly regret not changing fast enough for him. I lost someone who truly cared and wanted to help me. We could've been something beautiful.

Now, I'm stronger. I can find happiness in being alone. I'm finally confident, after 27 years of life. But, I had to learn the hard way.

Please, if you need help, get it asap. Do something before you hurt the people closest to you. We're all in this together, so we must work together. Don't let your fears keep you from being a better person. If you can't do it for you, do it for the people you love.

Listening to this song now is.....odd. I used to cry whenever I heard it. Now I'm just....numb. I'd like to think that the numbness is me being strong because I overcame most of the breakup. But I honestly don't know.

I had cancer and the pills that I took made me "smarter" it makes me look at the good side of things and I beat it like you can beat depression cancer or anything else in life! even if it seems like your not "alive" your like Kim ks butt to some people! I have scans tomorrow and I had a panic attack but I got over it just like you!😘(I'm 11)
