So I know this is a 3 year old video but i think all you would have to do is continue and eventually it will become a 90 degree turn. You don’t want the train to jackknife itself. Trains will be built differently and not all might be able to bend so much.

On the Wedge I put them one way and flip on the back side so they lock together to make a rail.

the modpack doesnt come with all the right pieces for it, so you need to download the mod outside the workshop on his video descriptions and watch his tgv video, i think he shows you how to make a turn on there! -lofault

My idea for aligning the rails was this:
build a long pole on a bearing with the length of your curve radius, then paint two blocks at the end in the right distance for your track width. Now you can rotate this pole along your desired curve and use the painted blocks as reference, so you can place the angled parts acordingly. Hope this helps.

for a 90 degree turn you should straighten the wheels and help the wheels by putting the whells on a barren and push the wheels towards the track

@Moonbo Have you tried experimenting with 1x1 wedges to try and change the plane that you can attach the rails to? I might experiment later.

Are a button to make it so u can walk in the train when it's moving.

To build a 90 degree turn you have to use the vanilla smc wedge piece. I recommend going in this order: 2x20, 2x10, 2x8, 2x5, 2x5, 2x3,2x3,2x2,2x2,wedge. Then repeat in the other direction

Moonbo I think if you're using the turning blocks you can use all of the different sizes. So when you get to getting out f the turn use the bigger peices because the bigger peices have a slightly longer angle.

In Grego's TGV video he showed how to do the curves

for rails you have to use the 1 by 1 triangle

you could use the wedge piece then slowly go back up in the sizes of turning track

You need to use one staircase wedge and then go on with the train parts again

why dont you make doors for the front/rear of the train?

On the example you made, you need to have smaller ones on the left and bigger on the right then keep on going, then on the right use some smaller ones. you'll get quite a wide turn, but it turns non the less
