OrangePI one not working - software problem

How many amps need orange pie one board sir ?

I have one such board that has the same problem. The voltages seem to be fine, but I can't make it work on Ubuntu. I'll try out the rest of the OSs and see what happens.
EDIT: My sd card was faulty. I tried another one and everything worked fine.
