skarner passive is bad straight up, his q is kinda ok at late but in early its worse than 2 caster minnions hitting the enemy literally at level 1 his q deals 20%of his ad +1%max health physical damage and the second "empowered" q will deal the same + 20%ad +1%max health magic damage so a first level skarner if we assume 80 ad will deal 16physical damage+1%physical max health (arround 7 damage at level one) +16magic damage +1%magicdamage(again 7) thats a wopping 46damage before we calculate armor and mr or about as much as a nidalee trap at level 1 or 1q from a level 1 riven... i am kidding a level 1 riven with 80 ad would deal 51damage per q which is 10% more, moving on to his w its a really small shield that gives a ms buff unless the shield is broken which is easy since its just a tiny bit stronger than malph passive (except malph has waaay more armor), skarner e on its own is not good but with cdr and ult it becomes great the problem is that you have to first hit them with it since its a skill shot and then you have to aa them to stun them ohh and also the damage is straight up bad 140base magic damage at max level +110 physical if you actually aa them and a whopping...20%ap ratio but at least the slow is good also its cooldown is reduced by the amount of cc you hit your enemy with which is a unique mechanic, his r is really good to use with e since its a point and click heavy cc (supress) its downside is you have to get within aa range, you cant aa or cast e but you can use e and q...once and you can also take the enemy for a ride (for 1,75 seconds) the damage is ass 200+120%ad+100%ap and you really dont care about the ap scalings on all of his kit since skarner is a juggernaut, so why did skarner kill kayle there i hear you ask, because he was giga fed with 9,5 minnions per minute 2 kills fully stacked muramana trinity force and enough ability haste to e r aa e aa for double e stun without time for enemy champ to do anything which is literally the only kill combo he has
