where can i find another key?

Hi ! Since I clicked on the button power During "service mode" , no way to get the printer turned on. any tips please ?

"This key has been already used. Please purchase and use a new key."

Do you think resetting this error makes any sense as even if the counter is reset what about the physical aspect of replacing the filled waste ink pads?

I am guessing at the time you made this video, the links and key worked. Have you made an update to this for us to use or a different way to clear the 5b00? Also, I see that my printer, the G3200 is not listed on here. Will this not work for me?

There is no point in making a video when the key does not work....first the printer is not working and after watching your video and following your steps ..one is left with frustration
