Perfect for wax. ✔️
ОтветитьSangat menarik sekali dan bermanfaat 👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьFor a machine costing less than $200, you are expecting a lot.
ОтветитьBro your n's and m's are so fucking disgusting. It sounds like you're climaxing as your buddy pegs u
ОтветитьAnyone: "Do you think you could make a..."
Vevor: "Yes."
I think you're right. Vevor probably puts in some customization to a sort of stock product ordered from a Chinese factory, and then has a Vevor label stuck on it.
why don't you just build your own one you seem to think you know more than the manufacturer
Ответить*aluminum
ОтветитьIt's still a good entry level device for those who want to get into CNC, but either can't afford a more expensive machine, or can't justify splurging more than half a grand on a hobby that may never work out as a career.
ОтветитьI set these up for a living the huge versions of this, haas and makinos. Kinda cool to see what I would consider a pocket sized version of what I work on.
ОтветитьThat's not a milling machine nor CNC, that's just drill from Lidl with plastic frame. 😀
ОтветитьWe, I run a small charity, have been running one of these machines for the past three years. We use it to cut out a product from HDPE, and the little thing runs 8 hours a day 5 days a week. We have never had an issue with it, it just runs and runs, we haven't had to replace the motor or any other parts. We did dump the supplied controller, added a Raspberry Pi, so it works wirelessly now, and some micro end stops.
Overall it has been a great machine that has paid us back thousands of times over. It is being replaced by a larger CNC so we can cut more product quicker, but i'm sure we will find something for it to do. It engraves brass quite easily so maybe name plates.
I was hoping for a recommendation on a table top CNC that I can use to "Engrave" rings. I would like to cut the metal from around the letter...So that the letter are created from metal left on the ring...Not machined out of the ring... Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
ОтветитьAfter watching this, I immediately ordered one. I'm not expecting much but I've been wanting some kind (any kind) of CNC machine since the 80's -- just to play with. Now that I'm 71 I just decided to bite the bullet and check it out. Plus, for 200 bucks I can't afford not to. :^) Thanks for the video.
Just sane... :^) Saint
You're making it unnecessarily hard for the machine using the wrong cutters for the type of cuts you are doing... Full width cutting is called Slotting and needs a Slot Drill (confusing name as it's mostly used for X,Y Axis cutting, not so much Z-axis..)
The End Mills you are using will clog, causing vibration, deflection, and a rough finish.
If you don't like the plastic, mill yourself metal replacements
ОтветитьThis crap usually gets you child slave labor & dead fish floating in the river. Please stop buying this crap people 😢
Ответитьcan you use light burn instead of gbrl?
ОтветитьWow an Asus t100! I have one of those and recently tried to revive it. Unfortunately windows will not recognize the touch screen and now ai can’t get it to boot a USB to install Ubuntu.
ОтветитьYou could easily remake the uprights out of aluminum with woodworking tools using the plastic parts as a template
ОтветитьHow to increase the speed
Ответить@artisanmakes Do you think without modification it would be suitable for engraving sports medals, with a decent engraving bit?
ОтветитьYour audio requires high pass filtering
Ответитьthose kind of rails are the worst, even if they're 16mm thick they want to bend. looks like the 20x20 extrusions on the x gantry should be replaced with one big say, 80x40 extrusion or something. and instead of those steel bars, a couple mgn glides. probably the z axis would need to be made in advance of that kind of change.
ОтветитьMy question is , could you replace the 770 motor with a brushless motor, possibly a castle creations motor
ОтветитьMy 30 year old press drill os more rigid than this little mill😂
ОтветитьThe table is what made me take it back. Mine came unlevel unless I added longer screws and some springs or something. If I tried to carve a design into wood it would be deeper on one side and snap my bits. It wasn’t worth the hassle so back to Amazon it went
ОтветитьSuper Crank ..
ОтветитьCnc teh euweuh hijina oge
ОтветитьDeburing is done BEFORE you do THREADING, also made in china, must be superb quality. After watching this vid I can tell that you are real amateur.
ОтветитьHey Josh! I just bought a Sainsmart Genmitsu Prover 3018 This was very helpful.
ОтветитьIs it normal for these machines to have about 1mm of vertical looseness on the z-axis?
ОтветитьI bought one about 3 months ago and it’s totally worth it
However
You need a computer running Win 10 and need to learn at least 2 different programs
You will spend $100+ on bits right away
You will want to buy the 20000RPM spindle after snapping several of the bits you just bought $50
And it’s LOUD! You will need to build a box for it
At least that’s been my experience
What kind of wattage use is required?
I want one but plan on using solar to power it.
It will work but not as accurate as rigid metal parts!
If the unit was bought over seas. I would use American made bits in it.
great!
Ответитьdonde se encuentran?
ОтветитьHave a similar machine 3018 use it mainly for making copper gaskets for motorcycles not a problem if you want to do aluminium will need to upgrade the motor.
ОтветитьWould something like this be upgradable with a steel frame? I'm decent at welding and fabrication so could make one. I am interested in a cheap CNC for making aluminium and potentially mild steel parts. I was looking at a second hand milling machine and just converting to CNC but this seems like an easier option.
ОтветитьAny other cnc software aside from Fusion?
ОтветитьCan you cut through steel sheet say 2mm thick?
ОтветитьKiller of precision, slop, backlash & there should be zero flex whatsoever and so I don't know what one could possibly produce with this product without it looking like a spaghetti.
ОтветитьYou said 4 flute, but those endmills look like they’re 3 flute, probably for aluminum and plastic, which makes sense for the machine they come with.
ОтветитьIs there a way to download G code files from a PC?
ОтветитьGetting back into CNC after 15years of rusting. The old CNCed X1 needs a Hand Tools Rescue rebuild and the lathe too. Parallel port on tiny PC using FreeDOS and TurboCNC. So much easier theses days, even Raspberry Pi's can do it.
ОтветитьGot one of these a few weeks ago, came with 2.5W laser for $289 AUD, crazy low price for a beginners machine. There are some guys who have got the 3020 Pro Max which addresses the rigidity, linear slides on X,Z and bigger rails on the Y, 300W motor. However it is double the price, if you want to make small aluminium parts slowly then it is probably worth it.
ОтветитьThis type of machine is the best introduction into CNC machining. If you manage to become proficient in making little trinkets on this ( which includes) learning CAD and CAM software) , you can confidently step up to a bigger machine than you can use to make practical parts.
ОтветитьAssemble before drinking
ОтветитьWill this machine have a rotary attachment to cut 110mm pvc pipe
Ответить⭐🙂👍
