1 week new player here. The 100 days video inspired me to try and play this game. It was incredibly frustrating but at the same time, I can't stop playing it for some reason. I wanted to build bases just like this but I have to get better at lasting more than just 22 days to make it happen 😅

Keep doing it until you die it would be so cool for us to see the butcher turn in to a absolute unit of a person but you do you man

I’m struggling in my easy settings world and couldn’t imagine playing on anything more difficult… I had no clue how thick this games was going to be for me and now I plan to dump years into figuring this game out! "their numbers meant nothing to a man who could fly... until the wax melted" is single handedly the most jaw dropping line ive ever heard in any narrative video ive ever watched. the tone of it, the music in the background, the horrific atmosphere of the zombies in the mist, and all the foreshadowing since the helicopter was found; genuinely my favorite moment of the series, or of any project zomboid series ive seen. your storytelling is fantastic.

Damn yah loved the video I literally watched all the 300 day now in few hours.

The best leaders or heroes, are typically those who are reluctant to take such a position. So it makes sense that your character would view themselves as a butcher, while being seen as a hero.

I mean, imagine you live in West Point, or nearby. You hear tales of this man who is killing thousands of zombies in the area. It's now safer to live here and travel through. They may not think of themselves as a hero, but the other survivors sure might.

Now I honestly want to see "survive one thousand days". Now this is just me, but let be honest if I don't say it. SOMEONE ELSE WILL DEFINITELY, so I am breaking the words out cause it gonna happen sooner or later lol.

I imagine years after the zombie outbreak ends people telling stories about a man who single handedly restored society with his construction skills and his almost godly ability to fight hordes of undead for hours with no rest. The tale of the Butcher.

I havn't (yet) bought PZ, but I will definently do that when paycheck arrive, including getting one for my brother as he really loves these kind of indepth survival games.

However, I was very intruiged about what was at the militarybase that MadMavn decided he didn't want to show (in fear or demonitization (spelling?)), and I've scavanged the internet and countless forums to find out what it could have all been about, but alas I have found no clue about it.

Would anyone be so kind to fill in the blanks? What was it there that could have been deemed to 'sensitive' for yt? Or if it can't be said, maybe politle point me into a direction where I might search and find the answer for it.

Thanks for this series, I've seen PZ a bit before, but never really felt it's "for me", but I've accepted that is has only been because of the gameplay style of those I've seen. Your gameplay style really fits my liking, and PZ instantly became very more interesting to the point that I'm already thinking about base-layouts, sorting, things to prioritize first to get the ball rolling.

And also thanks for posting the modlist, I'll go through it when I have finally bought PZ, I know it's an amazing game and the currently price at steam seems to be absolutly fair for the content and work they have put into it!

Hope we'll see a day 400, because I wouldn't get "tired of the same content", as it never is. In a blink of an eye, everything can change. And you're a good narrator (spelling?) with a very creative way to think, for example making up callsigns. There's so much more to explore out there, and much more to learn and improve. Or you could just simply go kingpin and recruit enough survivors to patrol, cleanse and protect every streets conquered.

Keep up the work, and even if you would get tired of the "make a 400 video" and instead crave to make some other new challange with some custom madeup rules, it would definently be just as interesting!!

I just started playing and was getting kinda bored and lonely playing solo.
I had this playing on my tv in the backround and realized you had npc survivors, downloaded the superb survivor mod and now the game is simply amazing.

Hmm anyone else got curious about the military base he could not show us and looked at mod link you will see 50 mods listed. I could not figure out from the vague description which mod caused the issue, anyone know @MadMavn It does not seem to list anything along the lines of adding a military base.

The real achievement is making this long and this far with so many mods installed lol. I barely make it past the second week before it becomes too unstable.

Just watched 1 & 2 over again, man.... such a great story, the ups and the very very downs. The loss of friends and the damn raiders. I'm happy I subscribed and found the day 300!!
