Also, maybe you could do some videos about organizing that concern different concepts and products. Or specific solutions people have come up with (by doing videos on site in other people places).

It's possible to customize the taskbar some more. There are some things you can remove from it maybe. (all symbols can be removed) Then, frequently used programs can be accessed faster. And via the hotkeys "win+1, win+2, etc.".

This was very good, thanks. I always thought that file folders must be contained within the computers "Documents" folder, otherwise they are at risk of being lost. This is contrary to what you are saying here about keeping some file folders on your desktop. Can you please clarify? The other thing is, sometimes my computer rearranges the icons (file folders) that I have sitting on my desktop. Not sure why that happens or how to deal with it. Thank you.

Hmmm, the background image that provides an organization grid sorta takes me back to very early versions of Windows when the desktop could consist of "windows" in which you could organize related icons, files and folders. You could arrange those windows however you wanted and it was nice to have borders around related files. I was disappointed when Windows felt they needed to emulate Apple and just throw all icons randomly in a pile at the left of the screen -- quite a disorganized approach. But it's a great idea (and I'll probably try it) to use a background image for an organization grid. I'll probably need to organize my files first before I can figure out what grid image needs to look like. But I like the idea.

your video have help me so much in all house, exept with organise my workshop and my tones of heavy fabrics ; sometimes i feel organise by texture , all velvet together or silk ect but if i search a specific color i need to see all my fabrics so i changed and organised by color but sometimes it's not working also because i search a specific texture and need look all my fabrics aslo , it's the only room i had never done ^^ if you have any tips about this kind of workshop things

Your system requires too much work for me. My own system is better for me

For programs I use frequently, I like to just put it in the task bar. For the other programs, I delete the (i guess) link off my desktop and search for it in the search bar.

Wooow ! This is a fun and smart way to turn a desktop, often messy, to a useful tool/dashboard ! I really love it ! 😍. 
But as for the naming convention, if one has to prefix the name of files and/or folders to group them, creating a folder is the more traditional way of doing it ! In this way, it is a lot faster to find a file by pressing the first letter on the keyboard. But I like the way you mix the icons and the prefixes for visual order !! It's peaceful.

Hey, Alejandra! Thank you so much for the awesome tips!!! Just wanted to give you and your viewers a tip about files and folders on the desktop. Everything you have on the desktop slows down your PC initialization. So, a way to get around that is to have only shortcuts of the files and folders, that lead you to the place where they actually are. Shortcuts are lighter and don't affect the initialization as much. The other good thing about shortcuts is that because they are not the actual file, just the link to it, once you're done, you can just delete it from the desktop. Have a great day! ☺️

It is a great one off product for decluttering your home without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
