ОтветитьHi, I have done this workout 2 times now. Love it. The best glutes exercise by far. I am 60 yrs old and trying to lift everything back into position 😅😁
I will definitely try all the other exercises too 😊

ОтветитьCaroline, I did this work out 3 days ago and I can barely move now, I love it! My quads and hamstrings are very sore but not my glutes so much. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for sharing your videos!!

ОтветитьReally upsetting workout...first 3 excercises are absolutely similar, also no any warm-up, no finisher, no sounds to indicate the end of timing, no visual representations of the next exercises. A lot of things to be improved in this video
