its non stop idiotism from first minute of that movie.Cant they call same navy officer for to help em( use as a consultant)?In that movie is wrong everything.I loved most movies with T. Hanks but thats piece of shit.

HMS Ulysses by Alistair Maclean was the first book which showed me warcombat from an eye to eye view.
The Greyhound movie uses the same AM form of chapters - navy hourglass index, but all the way indicate the hours to aircover, which is more of a battleship Bismarck story. READ HMS ULYSSES if you want a more unfolded intensive story of the men unboard an escort destroyer in the North Atlantic - It gets you there!

Sometimes you have to stoop to conquer and don't study people so you can live free just knowing who you are is good enough 😮

Another USA propaganda movie. Russia lost 25 million people in WW2. Can anyone tell me a war that the USA won?

In reality the US didn't even sink a third of the U-Boats that the British did, that's not including the Canadians, Australians, Polish, Norwegian etc kills. Hollywood is just a propaganda machine. Majority of convoys were commanded by ex Royal Navy Commodores and Rear Admirals from the retired list who flew their flag on a merchant ship and commanded the convoy through the wolfpacks with the escorts. The old boys actually suffered a fairly high casualty rate. They insisted on being on board the more venerable ships to command the convoy and they did have a high casualty rate.

Tom Hanks is a respectable man in all front. Kudos for this amazing movie.

This trailer makes this movie look stupid as hell, like no one watching it or making it actually knows anything about the subject matter or about how the Atlantic shipping war was fought. Just another huge turd from Hollywood that the sheep will eat and laude.

I don't think the phrase "Polish destroyer" would be so confusing to the American audience that renaming it "British Dertroyer Eagle" was necessary. I know it was done on purpose to simplify the plot, but no one is that stupid. Right?

After this movie I'm very surprised he kept a full head of natural colored hair. I'd have gone bald and/or white. Massive balls of steel on all of sailors and officers of that era fighting in melee range on destroyers

Seen a lot of action at sea but to have a U-boat following you would have been terrified .had a crazy whale of Spain try that stunt and ramming but fixed that with a flare gun he soon moved on next time a grenade in water or high pressure bang to get rid .straits of Gibraltar has problem with few rogue whales but sailors know how to fix them old sailors with harpoon

When Apple is done killing this movie on their service, I May get to see it.
