Fool others by lying about the value part (core issue) but will add lots of soft skills - lemon juice etc. 2. Use social connection, slow legal system whenever and issue comes 3. Aree uncle dry wall , cardboard insolation wall naam ki koi cheej hoti hai ya nahi 😂 thats why education is important people , World wide bade bade skyscrapera mein ye technique istamal hoti hai agar iske jagah builder brick wall ka istemal kare na toh yagi flat aapko 7-8cr mein girega 🤦 aur ye developers contract notary mein likha hota hai agar contract mein brick wall likhi hai aur fir ye insolation dry wall di hai toh ye galat hua warna isme kuch bhi galat nahi hai

Is it cyclone prone area. Which area it is. They should also tell the place. Instead of using these kind of material and duch a thick paint coat they would have used bricks.
