I think it is better to build property in mainland, or high land, flattening the surface of land is much more easier than bulking up stones and gravels to the sea beaches

God says I have created the land for humans to live on and oceans for the fish and sea animals. Yet the human want to change this, they want to swap where they want to live. They only way to make those islands permanent would be to sink very deep beams into bedrock and build some kind of skeleton frame. Any kid who's been to the beach will tell you that when the water comes it melts your sand castle away.

This has to be the dumbest waste of money in history. Thousands of square miles of empty desert to build on and they choose the ocean, now lets build a 'line city' in the most inhospitable place on earth.
