ОтветитьFor some reason the yoga block section made me feel really nauseous. I was using a pillow instead of a block, if that might have anything to do with it? The rest was great though
ОтветитьIt’s very difficult for me to relax or feel at ease when we use the block that way. I really struggle with that pose.
