Do not wipe the memory as every time you try to set different remote it will erase the previous one this video is misleading

Nope. Press one time yellow button and then make sure your remote in sync mode. Most of the remotes have reset button on the back of it if you do not you have to press and hold button 1 and 2 until remote LED will turn solid
