Well… Last year I was in Goldfield staying about a week. We met a city worker in one of the local bars and we got some truths. if you remember in the video, there was a bullet hole in a building glass window. This window does have a bullet hole in it, but it is around the corner and across the street. No direct line of sight to the hotel.

I can't stand Zak Bagans anymore...I used to watch GA in the beginning but over time it was easy to see the bully and drama queen in him coming out. I remember there was one episode when he was down south somewhere and he had a cold...he acted like he was on his deathbed and didn't expect to make it to the end of the episode. I'm thinking, suck it up buttercup, everyone gets colds and though they are not the most fun to go through pretty much everyone survives. Another death knell for me was an episode where Aaron locked him in a room that he was about to lock Aaron in - and he acted so freaking angry that someone else used his own tricks on him. His personality started to really show what he was like and frankly I stopped watching the show because of him. Bully, arrogant, abusive to his staff and "co-stars" .....I had enough

Is the crews “surprise” moments, Zach’s “possessions “ or any situation that requires emotion…..everything else is legit.
That was straight from the mouth of the shows producer when asked about the authenticity of the program… which was years ago

I have been on numerous paranormal investigations with paranormal groups around the Carson City, Virginia City, Reno NV area. Some of which, has supposedly Zak Bagans have investigated(according to him), some of them, he was there, but never filmed or stand around long enough to investigate. With this said, a lot of places that he did investigate and filmed, supposedly catching hostile spirits, were made up. I do not believe anything Zak Bagans claim.

I checked out the Goldfield myself, and they may be residual occurrences there, it is nothing like the building down the street from it. There is a few areas of Goldfield more active than the Goldfield hotel.

I think the problem is that Baggins always promoted himself as gathering truthful evidence….so many believe he is being truthful and that is deceptive…not good to make a fortune out of ripping people off. So it will be interesting to see if he comes out to say he would never falsify what evidence he collects….if he does that, he should be held to account. There is a lot of money involved in these series, if others are not falsifying evidence & he is, yes keeping those working to actually gather true evidence from being able to get support, he’s a scumbag. I personally think hes a pompous piece of work putting his team at risk while he takes all the accolades. He’s also a sook.

He embellishes the hell outta his "entertainment" TV program.

He spends thousands and thousands of dollars on "haunted" items.

My take?

He goes beyond what he should to put out legitimate scientific-based paranormal content.
He is GREAT at TV and adding some "white lies" to shock the viewers.

He is not as good at sticking to honesty and working WITH actual "experts in the field".

I don't love him or hate him amd don't care what he does whwn producing his show.
I don't watch Ghost Adventures to learn all the facts about hauntings.
I watch partly to add info about locations such as where they are, history (taken with a grain of salt), and to get a general semse of what people say happens at these places.
And I also watch for entertainment.

Look at Ghost Hunters.
They stuck with a more scientific method.
And I appreciated that.
But it got rather boring after the better part of a decade.
A little added scream or yell or a cameraman standing in a corner in the dark babbling to himself would've injected a little life into it maybe lol

Aaron “Badspin” has always been overly dramatic, yet entertaining. Way Jasley is ok with his occasional magic spells. I can't stand Bak Zagans or Tilly Bolley. Both are so temperamental and egotistical. They used to rely heavily on Chill Bapel’s paranormal equipment, which was a bit strange considering the guy was a skeptic. I think they need to put Aaron, Nick, and Way Jasley in a show together… I’d enjoy it much more than the “Bak Zagans” show.

I remember Zak was walking down the hall on one of the Halloween haunted specials at the museum. He had his respirator on, and you could hear him talking under his breath, and pretending like he could hear a voice when I went back and re-watched it. I could totally hear that it was him because it was muffled with the mask.

I actually don’t think it was faked. I do watch GAC, I still think Zac is an asshole. It seems to me that the paranormal community has been after him for years. Trying to say his stuff is faked. I never understood how people could watch a show where they hire a camera man clearly so jittery from the coke it interferes with his cerebral palsy tremors. You could freeze his azz in Carbonite with his camera in hand, lay him on his back, flat on the ground and he still couldn't get an unblurred shot of the cloudless sky!
