I don't have "Legacy Export as" in my preferences setting

For some reason my PS does not have this option available... it's just not there for me to click.

as of 9/26/23 the Export Preferences option "Use legacy Export As" is not available

Useful content but the work around you described for exporting svg files failed in my version of Photoshop, as the option you selected did not exist... Is this a licensing issue?

I'm actually confused by this video. You're exporting a rasterized layer to SVG? That's counter-intuitive, and does not give you the advantages of an SVG. Very misleading.
