Great vids! Can I ask, I’m having issues with buffering. I don’t think it’s internet connection. It does it on Amazon firecube especially when recording. And playback can be pretty jumpy too. Just wondering if this powerful box might help? I bought a T95 4gb 64gb and still have issues. Just wanted advise on a good box for streaming and recording. Not worried about anything else. You can uninstall netflix and reinstall using the google playstore or thirdparty android store.

u will get better resolution, they fixed it with an update.
also they fixed the pause issue on netflix issue.

Moreover, you can optimise the settings using the developer mode to reduce animation time.

and finally use an alternative UI by using a laucher; im currently using Nova laucher.

side note to avoid heating issues in the long term it is better to have a cooler below the device such as a laptop cooler and it is better to use with mouse.

I havent figured out how to cast to properly from Pc to android tv properly.

The remote is useless, and when I download an apk like Live Net Tv, remote won't work at times, you need a mouse to get things to work.

Be careful when buying from aliexpress because there are many fraudsters aliexpress is no longer what it used to be

Maybe spend a bit more time focusing on programming ease. The remote included is really horrible. Using it to program the device was a nightmare. Took two to three times as long as it should have. Received the box today and the remote wouldn’t function at all with my TCL Google TV. Reconnected the box to an old LG and was finally able to get the remote paired with the device using a separate remote and dongle to do so. I ordered a new remote and dongle a few minutes ago. The box does not work well with any of the popular launcher programs. Very frustrating. I’ll live with the default launcher for now. Now that the box is programmed, hopefully the value of this purchase will become apparent. That has not been the case so far.

I just got this yesterday. I got the 8g 64g unit. I paid 99.00 on amazon and now I'm thinking I got ripped off. The remote is a dog. I put on one of my 2.4ghz remotes with keyboard and it was much better. it's a lot faster than most units I have tried.

I just bought one but the remote control so slow and has to point to the box, the mouse button is no good at all, I used beelink gt king very fast remote and mouse working .amazing, but h96max not so good

I currently am using several android boxes throughout my house. But I'm having a strange problem with a couple of them. One box is in the living room plugged in about two feet from the router. (It's a X96 Max plus). It works perfectly when placed there. I have the identical model wired by Ethernet approximately 80 feet from the router. The strange part is, after about 40 minutes or so, the one in the bedroom resets itself to the home screen. When I switch them, now the one that was close resets, and the one from the bedroom plays perfectly. It never happens with my older Skystream 3 (android 7) or my newer meekool KM6 (android 10, with the S905 X4). Could this be a hidden problem with the S905 X3? I'm totally baffled. It also happens with the X96 AIR.

I added a mouse and a keyboard to a splitter then to the device. Also added a hard drive to the USB 3 port. Now it is more usable.
