ОтветитьHonestly, I have watched a lot of people that are supposed to help you with confidence and self-care, because I am not a very confident person. I didn’t work out, I didn’t take care of myself that much, I let people walk all over me and it sucked so bad. I started watching a lot of videos like these, and I found a few that were good, but most people would just scream at you and it just wouldnt hit home with me. With your videos I understand it and you don’t scream or anything at us 😂 and honestly I just love this podcast so much. You have inspired me so much.

ОтветитьI loved this so much! I never thought of splitting self care into pillars, and I really liked this way of thinking about it. But I think there is a 9th pillar which is life purpose/ikigai/fulfillment. At least for me, it's really important for me to feel fulfilled by something whether that is my job, doing charity or volunteer work, something everyday like taking care of my family, etc. I think this can change throughout your life too, like maybe what you find fulfilling at 20 isn't the same as what you find fulfilling at 40. So paying attention to what makes you feel fulfilled and like you are doing your purpose is important to incorporate from time to time. Maybe not as often as the other ones. What do you guys think? Do you think it's its own pillar or do you think it's included in a pillar that Fernanda already mentioned?

I always use her podcast episodes as guidelines for my next month's goals and as a reminder to get back on the "right path".
