After a lot of trial, this was the one that worked for me to finally publish videos at the right color grade. Super useful video man. Well done
ОтветитьThank you so much. It does work and helps a lot!! Black Magic seems sometimes so sloppy in fixing bugs and inconveniences (some of them have been posted on their forum many times).
ОтветитьCan someone please tell me the default project settings for da vinci resolve? I have tried a lot of things and now i cant get back to normal.
All my recorded footage plays fine in media players, but as soon as i drop it into da vinci media pool and then to the timeline, the colour and saturation look very dismal. It takes hours to get the colour right and the post render footage looks nothing like i edited.
Why is this happening? Please help! Its been months ive been struggling with the workflow and all my plans are getting affected due to this stupid error. Please help!
This was very helpful thank you :)
ОтветитьThank you so much. it's working great.
Ответитьat first i doubted you but really you pulled through in the end and solved a big problem for ua. thanks bro
ОтветитьOMG this worked! Although it was the viewer that was washed out and the exports that were "normal". But the 10 bit setting fixed the porblem nevertheless!
ОтветитьA lot of videos, but you're the only one who managed to fix it, without losing my work, thank you so much !!
ОтветитьThanks for this, Mariusz. Sending big love from Alberta, Canada. 💌
ОтветитьThank you so much!
ОтветитьSolved my issue. Thank you!!!
Ответитьmy work around is, as quicktime cannot interpret gamma so well so the gamma you can setup to sRGB gamma which is 2.2 and quicktime, vlc can interpret the same gamma i think because sRGB is an older color gamut that known for a long time, at the color management you can setup the timeline color space to davinci wg/intermediate and the color space rec 709 and gamma setup to srgb, for exporting you can setup clor space tag to rec 709 and gamma tag to sRGB, and you will have the same color and gamma on davinci ressolve clean feed as you grading and render output, hope iam wright, already test this and it works for me, o yes forgot something you should change the preferences un tick mac viewers, and rec 709 scene to rec 709A, only thick the 10 bit viewer, and set your monitor external to gamma 2.2, i dont know if it will work with apple laptop monitor, iam using mac mini m2 with 2 external monitor with display port delta below 2 for monitors for color precision, o yes and i render to prores 4444 for another like 422 hq maybe it will be having a little color shift because of compression, and thanks to your channel i try this srgb stuff and works for me
ОтветитьThanks a lot ! It helped me to fix this problem.
ОтветитьDzięki za to video – inne porady nie działały :)
ОтветитьI trust you in 10 sec cause your video color looks fantastic 😂😂😂
Ответитьomg thank u so much
i also wanted to mention that the pinned video u have - didnt work for me
so i guess, your mileage may vary
What about on iPad!🥲🥲
ОтветитьMan, I searched the solution for 3 month and everyone tells about the rec 709 a method, but this video helped me to reach accurate colors in my vids.
Tysm❤️
Do you know why I can't change 25fps-->24fps in the export settings?
ОтветитьI've tried searching for settings for Windows 10 on this topic of colour shift but every video I click on everyone is using Mac. Anyone have any ideas.
