Hard Drive Full but No Files in Windows 10

Hi, don't know If someone can help but I'm pretty sure im not going crazy, I created a ESD for my friend, I'm pretty sure my disk wasnt that full but after I created the ESD it looks like my disk is full for no reason, I don't know what is happening

I have this issue but the file taking up all this space doesnt seem to be in app data nor is there a file showing up when i use tree size, very annoying. ive ran virus scans and nothing, now considering a hard drive reset but i have stuff i need on it

10 GB randomly disappeared from my laptop. Idk why or how considering I never downloaded any applications. In fact, I was deleting photos and videos that I had put on Dropbox and didn’t need on my laptop anymore. I started up at 14 gb storage space, went to shut it down and saw I was at 4 gb.

Edit: Yea never mind I don’t have any storage used in the temp file… guess I’ll never know why I lost 10 gb for no reason 💀
