I would nerf Mercy by increasing her hit box by 5%.

I strongly recommend taking a look at some of Awkwards unranked to gm, this list is neat, but contradicts a lot of what you should pick and do to rank up to gm.

People don't know how to play with a Ball teamate in metal ranks. It's same as Dva. You can be pile driving the whole enemy team and get no value from snipers or divers. Also your supports freak out in metal ranks if they don't seen a tank in front of them all the time

I agree for the most part. I think you're sleeping on brig though; she's my highest winrate support and the fact that so many players with low mechanical skill go moira against me increases that winrate even further by nature of being such a hard counter. Cheers!

It's funny, tank is my least played and lowest ranked role yet on Reinhardt I feel completely useless 😂 For me JQ and Doomfist are the safe bet tanks if I wanna win 🤔

I'd love to see a video from you with the best characters to learn the game with in low elo.
For me climbing is not that important, but I want to get better. That's why I picked Moira in the beginning to get to know the game and still provide value.
But it would be interesting to see what characters enable you to learn different aspects. For example if I want to learn the concept of dive DPS would you recommend Tracer or is there a better pick because the skill ceiling is so high on her it's to frustrating?
Is Ana a good pick to learn to get a feeling for the state of your team etc.

I would buff life weaver. Make his damage projectile speed a bit faster and his life grip clear and affects.

Genji, buff dry blade and make it unable to recieve any damage boosts. Most of the time in metal ranks you won't get an Ana or when you do they rarely give you the nano, so the ult is almost useless aside from baiting out enemy ults or when comboing

Tbh from bronze to about plat 5 half of the mercy’s you encounter don’t even know that they CAN rez, let alone use it.
As far as buffs go I think Zen needs one. Maybe reduce discord a smidge, make it so that his orbs fall off faster, but moderately increase his healing orb while he’s in LOS

I would make the bullets from tracer shots significantly bigger so it’s easier to land them. If I could stop thinking about my aim so much, that’s be great

i would probably move mercy up to around the mid to high end of b tier, as someone who one tricked mercy from bronze to mid to low plat in ow1 one the main issue i remember having to deal with was that even if you had a good pocket target such as an ashe or a pharah, if they weren't getting enough value even with your pocket there was no point in pocketing them. i found it a bit better to fly around to whatever teammate was in a duel and try my best to help them win said duel and i felt i got a lot more value than i did pocketing one person. also valkyre is a surprisingly good ultimate in the mid fight in the medal ranks given the mass damage boost, farming it is also really easy.

60% win percentage on Lucio every season but that’s cuz I don’t heal bot and out do dps consistently oooh and peel so good at peeling

I think sigma is d tier in bronze because you wat to play long range but youre team always jumps in front of you and tell u to push

Buff for mei. Like iceman, she can spray ice to the ground and that will make her faster but also takes down of her ammo. Also would give her higher wall so she could go places farther than she can right now.

Honestly dva in low ranks is underrated purely because no one knows how to avoid getting blown up by self destruct

Making a medal teir list and then throwing the term "if you have the skill set" to justify ranking high skill heros that medal ranked players are basically throwing with doesn't help. Let's sum it up. Bastion, Moira, Lucio, mercy, torb, and orisa are S teir everything else is F.

What is "Inting" into a backline? I can guess from the context but I don't get what it stands for.

Mercy pocket in metal rank is yellow beam all the time. Dmg boost isn't used on dps only on tanks lol.

Sometimes with moira, I can win duals with dva. That's the level of gold apparently

I’d buff Lifeweaver so allies gain a 50% speed boost for 1.5 seconds after they leave his platform. I’d also make his life grip heal 25% of an allies max health when they’re life griped. Maybe increase the size of the platform and increase the projectile speed of his heals? Last 2 aren’t necessary but the first ones would be nice.

I'd say Hanzo. Yeah many wouldnt understand. Give his 125 dmg back because theres no point reaper and mei survive cause an arrow in his head would kill you anyways irl. Realistically speaking even most tanks should be oneshotted, with a few exceptions whenever we have an armor like rein ram or dva, but for others like zarya, doomfist it should work

I would buff Lucio and Brig. Lucio even though he don't need any change I think he need more independency from the team composition. Increasing bullet speed, ammo and decreasing cd on amp would be good changes. For Brig I would bring her more dps changes. Increasing damage on main weapon but decreasing swing speed to the point that DPS is higher than before would be good.

Sometimes I feel like these rankings are based on assumptions of how low elo is actually played. Most of the time there is no set team comp or organization and most of the time. In all your videos you bash bastion and in low elo bastion gets a ton of value and can carry a game. I get that you have a lot of knowledge about overwatch in general, but some of your rankings are way off

I know that Lifeweaver gets a bad rap, but I think for lower ranks he's actually very good.

The main problem you'll probably go against is teammates feeding in a 1v5 scenario, not using cover, etc. Just being unaware in general. Being able to pull them from bad scenarios when they separate themselves from the team can save you from losing a player unnecessarily atleast for a while. No other support is that strong in scenarios like these, not even Kiriko. Suzu may make someone invuln for a brief period, but if they're in too deep they're still dead.

Of course as the Lifeweaver you'll have to be well positioned too, otherwise you're both dead either way.

You lost me at Ashe A-tier. You need to understand that Bronzes have zero aim. Zero.

If you haven’t hit diamond+ on support and play Lucio…literally just stop playing him.

alright, here is an honest question, Im gold in supp, have not ranked in a lot, but I keep playing qp with friends and getting better, do I want to pick Moira just to blast as many people I can, or do I just flex to Kiriko or even Ana, so the other supp can use Moira, because once I insta locked Moira at 2nd round of hybrid, so my other supp would do something else than going tiktok Moira, and they went Tiktok Ana, same playstyle as Moira but Ana, so it was way worse than 1st round, ofc not everyone acts like this, so I would really love to know what do you think is better.
