Solve it all by having security person at front door buzzing people in and out. (Save money by using a manager or cashier etc)

Or have people scan finger print or id at front door. If person has shoplifted before their finger print or id should be on record, call police or but a strike on their id or finger. 3 strikes ur out. If caught stealing. Then ban from store.
