I am having a doubt about a Real State Business. If somebody can help me i will be highly obliged
For those of you living in western countries getting a debt is easy i mean the Robert Kiyosaki said that if you want to buy real state then use debt for example you first buy a house of 20k the downpayment is 5k(which you take it from bank as a DEBT) and then set it for rent at 250/month Now these are my questions
1 . How do you pay the rest of 15k because 250/month is less amount it might take you ages to return that money and also bank can also charge you intrest on that debt???
2. In most countries other then western when we buy a house we first give intial payment like you guys do but then we gave a time limit lets say 3 or 2 months to the people living in that house to empty it and also gave time to the person who is buying the house so that he can arrange money which is the full amount of house (no mortrage kind of system) otherwise this house dont belong to you and you cant rent that house to tenants
So how can someone pay them full money if we take a loan then it will trouble us and how can we repay it back????

The problem with this is that he didn't start with no money. He had people in his life that gave him loans of hundreds of thousands of dollars. However, most people don't have people that can do that.
