i always wanted to visit japan, until i came upon your videos. why do they refuse to speak english in the 21st century? is it stupidity, arrogance or ignorance?

I have a serious question for everyone here. I lived in Yokohama from June 2006 (when I met my wife) to 2008. We lived together in the states and then both moved to Okinawa from 2010-2013. Over the years while living in the states we continue to go back and visit Yokohama/ Tokyo every year. She is now in the states waiting for me while I finish up my last 6 month deployment to Japan before I retire. My coworkers try to use me as the “tour guide” who knows the area and can speak decent Japanese. One co worker girl is absolutely disgusting and wierd and begs for me to show her around. Iv said no enough and starting to feel bad about it so take her out and she bitches about the food, the fact that I’m having a chu hi, and the fact that I’m speaking Japanese to the cab driver without translating to her what I’m saying every 5 secs. I’m just trying to be nice since I know my other co workers won’t take her out. Should I go savage on her and stop taking her any where? All she did the last week was beg the boys and I take her to Tokyo. We did yesterday and she bitched the entire time for us to take her back to the military base. I’m trying to be nice but fuck this bitch about to throw her to the wolves
