Allow remote connections to Microsoft SQL Server (connect c# app to remote sql server)

I've watched 10's of videos on this subject and none of them have the proper steps, except this one. KUDOS and thanks for helping me diagnose and set up my SQL Client to correctly remotely connect to my SQL Server instance.

I've saved this to my playlist on SQL Server Setup.
