How to Contact Discord Support & FAQ Section

Hey I have 'your account has limitations ' issue I have got a dm from discord that it will get over at today 1:38pm but it's still not fixed I am from India and its currently 6:28pm

I was disabled 4 days ago and was never told why. This makes me think its for no reason & that its not always automated once you get disabled. Ive searched up "Discord" in my email and nothing since october 2022.

I’ll always recommend click_cybertech when you have such issues cuz he’s reliable and very swift with his works. Helped retrieve my hacked discord,email and recovered some lost files.

my face literally got leaked and like people are being really RACIST and rude, there are self harm, gore, images of MINORS in the server. I joined the server not knowing they were going to be there, i talked with the owner but they said it's a way to "vent". Then the owner went up and leaked my face. I've reported the person, the server, and the messages several times, so have other people, but discord seems to not care at all.

Those idiots at support just sit on their ass

My password doesn't work, and I tried to reset my password. They said to check your email. No email in regular or spam. I submit a ticket. It says you should check your email. No email. No way to talk to someone, just a circle of checking your email when they don't send you the email.
Continued. finally, get someone to properly send me an email. I change my password and then attempted to log in with my new password; my new password is incorrect. The circle continues back to the first sentence.

I can't send through the website. Can I send a request from in the app? Password troubles :/

Something is happening they said I need to verify My discord account In Order to log back in so I added my phone Number and the Code they sent And then It says I can't use a phone number that's already used for an account, But that's the account I'm trying to log into. Someone please help

Someone hacked my discord account and funny enough my credit card is linked to it. They spent all my money on server boosts and nitro. I made a ticket 3 days ago and they still haven’t responded.

discord support is ab absolute joke, Its basically a bot vomiting useless crap. They absolutely won't help you no matter what. They don't care.

Discord support bot is a joke cause it sends only 2 messages cause I got banned for no reason even though I was locked out

i sent a ticket this friday and they marked the ticket as ''solved'' but i cant find where the solution is they didnt send me anything to my email and didnt answer to the ticket or atleast i cant find it.

If you get hacked.. Good luck getting in contact with them.. They don't care at all.

It says my phone number is linked to an account but its not and I tried contacting the support team but haven't gotten a response

How do you sort out all the troll support team employees? Is there a more serious platform to find them on? My most recent response from them in my ticket was from some sudden different support guy who wrote nothing but "k" to me in the ticket. Nothing else.

i was scammed/hacked like litrally last Friday and ive waited now this whole day and the other days to get help, but im not gettin any help at all! like all my info, like adress, my phone number, my bank card everything is on it and my identity card aswell, this person that hacked me have changed my email and password + they even changed my name and their ID, i dont know what to do at this point

i hate discord so mutch all they do is send a bot i joined a server that had cp to send to police and couple minutes later when i was getting proof they disabled my account the i emailed them about it and they still didnt do crap about my account and i had so mutch important stuff on there friends,serversides,my servers, everything discord can SUCK IT

How long does it take for discord specialists to respond to email support?

I hate discord they ban me for no reason and then I lost my frineds

My account got disabled cause some dumbass spam reported me. And i've been trying to contact them and i can't cause every time i do "clyde" sends the same message. And i can't get a real human to repsond

My Discord Account has become disabled. When my old Discord account got hacked back in November, the hacker who had my account was charging my card about $50 a month for Nitro. I contacted Discord about this issue but Discord Support told me that they could not do anything about this because I did not have the current email address to the hacked account. The hacker changed my email. I then contacted my credit card company and they issued a charge back to get my money back which my hacked account was charging. I issued the charge back for my OLD ACCOUNT which was hacked, not my current account. The old account has a different email and user name so I do not know why my current account has been disabled. ...What would you recommend doing? I have a server with +400 members

Discords support Is straight trash, they will tell you to reply to an automated bot in an email, and you simply start talking with another bot. There is no human interaction and nobody will help you with your issue, It is so incredibly annoying

Got banned for revenge porn when I have never sent any pictures like that, ive sent 5 emails and the only replies from them are automated replies saying i cannot be unbanned...

This discord staff is making me really uncomfortable and kept begging me to send videos or ima get banned
