All of the ones that affect attack speed have mistakenly made the attack speed affected opposite the intention, so Minigun made the time between attacks longer, and so did most others

love these vids but I think death and wheel of fortune allowing you to basically purchase insta-blocking is what makes arcana the best though the shield hero class would've put up a fight but it got removed for being too game breaking

the only reason steve was losing is because he wasn't spamming block his instablock card didn't make him automatically block bullets, it just gave him literally no block cooldown

I think it is just the effects of the card made the bullet 4 times bigger but the shooting star is just light so the bullet is smaller than the light so you didn't get hit by the actual bullet
