Thank you for sharing your experience. I am moving to Mombasa this summer and depend on informative content so i appreciate what you are doing especially for people like me who wish to move to the continent. I found you through interview @Coopscorner Blessings ❤
ОтветитьHey, Czech! When I first saw your videos, I thought you were really a true Czech. But I was surprised that you're an African American. Just goes to show me: I should NEVUH judge a book by its cover.
ОтветитьKwanini means “why”
ОтветитьYou should have gone to the front of the hotel where you were trying to go get some drinks. instead of going through the back which was the beach. The entrance was the front hotel lobby and that way you would have asked them if they allow guests to come to the restaurant or bar if they have not booked any rooms. Not sure they do but was really waiting to see how you were going to get to the hotel bar and restaurant for the drink you were talking about but you ended the video before you go the place if you got there at all. Lolest. That was funny. You are a real risk taker going through the back places in those areas of Mombasa where there are beach boys as we call them. Those can be tricky places to go through that is why the guy you said was following you was doing that. Please be careful in Mombasa especially or anywhere you don't know for that matter. Let the uber drive you all the way to the hotels in Mombasa instead of walking. Once you get there you can walk through the beach to wherever you want to walk to then get back to your hotel safely instead of what you did. Glad you were safe I think. Lessons learned.
ОтветитьNyama choma is equivalent to barbeque meat. The way guys grill meat during thanksgiving outside. So we do it the Kenyan way and if you ask any international traveler that has visited Kenya, nyama choma is the best Kenyan barbequed meat.
ОтветитьWho was touching your camera in Mombasa streets? That's rude? You will almost never see that or experience that in Nairobi. I tell you Mombasa is like a different country in the same country. smdh. The mannerisms are different if you compare Mombasa and Nairobi. People are generally kind but in Mombasa sometimes you will encounter such stupidity. Felt mad when you said "don't touch my camera!!" Felt like it was me. I got mad for you. Geez. I hope whoever that was left you alone. Never seen that which is crazy to think that could happen to you. Planning on getting me a home in Diani area with white sand beaches there but I am not looking forward to such behavior if I decide to use a camera to shoot my own videos of beautiful places.
ОтветитьI'm from kenya Mombasa county welcome guys
ОтветитьCzech... Did you say "Tennis Shoes" Bro... And stop going Dolo I know it's your thing but sometimes you need that back!!
ОтветитьSo happy to come across this video as with all your videos. I went to this exact spot when in Mombasa coming from the train station and heading to the ferry on my way to Diani, but it was at night. I still remember the fresh casava chips that I didnt want to try at first but once i tried one from my friend I knew immediately I needed my own full bag. Top Notch content as always. Loving the Kenya and Ghana content as well. You have what it takes and the right spirit of discernment. Keep going in Africa and the world!
ОтветитьThe real beauty. Love from London. Hope to visit this beautiful place soon.
ОтветитьWelcome to Sénégal bro
ОтветитьIt is not a windy day, it is always windy along the ocean in Mombasa., no heat, especially south coast, very windy along beaches

ОтветитьWe need to sensitise Kenyans about animal abuse😢. That guy hitting the poor baby horse broke my heart.
ОтветитьI need to make a trip to Kenya. I went to Addis-Abba twice now but need to hot Dijoubuti and Kenya. That Nyama Choma is a bomb but I wonder if it's more expensive in Kenya vs Ethiopia?
ОтветитьHey Czech, love your channel! Here’s a tip if you don’t wanna look American in foreign countries: Do not wear hats and t-shirts with words or big logos on it. That’s an extremely American thing.
ОтветитьMombasa is beautiful
ОтветитьNyama Choma and Tusker. You my brother are now officially a Kenyan. Karibu
ОтветитьCzech you from Miami, they sell cassava/yuca on every block...Pollo Tropical (fast food chain) even sells it fried and boiled. I fell in love with cassava living in South Florida. You gone notice it everywhere when you get back to the crib. Every Caribbean group has multiple dishes. Jamaican spots sell Bammy bread.... taste like my Grandma's hot water corn bread!
ОтветитьI have been to mombasa in 1997 since i went in the usa i love that city im may come back to yo saba saba tononoka bamburi
Ответитьeverytime vloggers going to Bamburi beach which is the ugliest beach in Kenya full of bucktees... do some research there are much nicer spots like Watamu Diani etc...
ОтветитьCzech is a living legend.
ОтветитьCzech, you're doing a wonderful job as I virtually go on "vacations" to some spots I will never land. Now you take me to the country I was born. I have nothing but love for you bro. Enjoy your stay in a country I truly love.
ОтветитьWho wanted to touch ur cam Czech? Just like that?
ОтветитьI think that the Exodus home that's on the beach, a sister from Jamaica
ОтветитьHey Bro,i love your channel. But i need to address something about how you talk to these people. I don't care how other people on your channel view what I'm about to say,but it's just facts. You don't need to talk to them like they owe you something or that you are entitled. You sometimes come off as rude & disrespectful,Don't be so pushy & impatient. I know certain cultures you have to be on your guard, but you treat them like they are your servants. These people are already poor & trying to make it,show some love & talk to them with respect, not just when they do something nice for them. They owe you nothing, you are in their country...by choice not by force !
