Haworthia cooperi - How to grow and repot the Window or Crystal Succulent.

In this video we look at Haworthia cooperi care, dividing and repotting. Known both as the Window Plant and the Crystal plant, this is one of the best and easiest indoor plants available.

Propagation is by division of established clumps (demonstrated) as well as from seed.

Origin - South Africa.
Common Names - Window Succulent, Crystal succulent.
Flowers - Small white on long stems.
Varieties such as OB1 and at the end of the video a few others. are included
General Succulent Potting Mix

General Potting Mix

Pine Bark and 3ml washed river sand with smaller 1 - 3 ml washed river sand.

Haworthia potting mix

* 6 parts succulent soil mix
* 2 coir (coarse)
* 1 part 3ml washed river sand
* 1 part 1-3ml blend washed river sand (no clay or
fines)
* 1 part perlite
* 1 part either 4 - 5 ml Scoria or 3 - 6 ml Pumice.
