If I may, I would like to please request a tutorial on how to add a spin box to a word document. Nobody has an easy video to show in word, only excel. I want to do the following to keep track of time on a project: one spin button to enter begin time, one spin button to enter end time, one box to show the difference between the two or, how to get a spin box to work in word would be great. A friend said it can't be done in Word. The reason I want to do it in word is so i can paste it easily in outlook then send to a manager or use as a template in outlook. I have learned a bunch from your vids. Thanks.

Hi Sharon I saw some of your tutorial videos. They are really great. I am facing an issue. When I am opening one specific excel workbook it is taking more than 5 minutes to open it and at the bottom of another excel worksheet I see "Opening and repairing abcd.xlsx. Attempt#1. Press ESC to Cancel" What is this and how I can open abcd excel workbook?
