Look at South Africa now. Completely and utterly stuffed. One of the most corrupt and violent countries in the world. No ekectricity do a lot of each day. Buildings and roads crumbling. Do yourself a favour and go ask the average person in South Africa now are they better off. I can tell you they will say no way.

There is a lot of missing information in this documentary as well as incorrect information. I beleive that it would be much more powerful if one could make a series of documentaries that consider what was happening on both sides. I beleive that this could be very useful because I see so many things happening today in the world which are simply altered apartheid laws changed to make people feel comfortable but just as sinister.
Did you see the interview where the justification of separation was "the cultural differences" where have you heard this repeated again and again in the world today ... just one example of how Apartheid flourishes today.

In SA communism infested the universities after WW2. Nationalism (and NOT NATZISM /NATIONAL SOCIALIZM) was Identified as a political system ,brought on by the defense of OUR LAND against the hegemonistic British colonial war machine after the Boer War2 that infested OUR LAND with Rich British Liberal colonists. Mandela was royalty , a card carrying socialist/ communist as well. When SA dared to leave the British Commonwealth in 1961 by becoming an independent nation ,the puppet ANC started their so called "armed struggle" with which they NEVER engaged the SA army. Mandela was arrested on over 7000 terrorist charges and not hanged BECAUSE he was royalty. Therefore 25 years in jail.( The puppet should have been hanged.) Around that same date the government under Verwoerd gave everyone that wanted it independence while directing foreign investment there. For that he was assassinated, just like Kennedy. After 1975 (gold was removed from the international standard and OPEC) the hegemonistic colonial British and their American puppets wanted and forced a communistic collectivism on SA. After 1994 we GAVE SA to the communist ANC which took 30 years to make it a FAILED STATE!, there by making it IMPOSSIBLE for their own black population to EVER have a better life. SA is now RUINED and the goal now is to collectivize and enslave ALL OF AFRIKA so that the colonial imperialists can get ALL the minerals here FOR FREE AND FOR THEIR OWN USE while all you fine mamparras revel in your communist FREEDOM FROM OPPRESSION in which your black asses will own nothing and be happy like true indoctrinated mamparras.

Sorry but you did not explain what "apartheid" was about. Your story describes the end of apartheid.

Empires practiced "apartheid" whereever they turned up.
Apart = seperate = divide.

It's "divide and rule".
It's ALWAYS divide and rule if governments defend wrongs against the wishes of most of its inhabitants.
For the "dividers", the resulting division is always good. They can rule over the fear, the discord, the "finger pointers", and the "pointed at" alike.
