How To Rollback Undo A WordPress Theme Or Plugin To A Prior Version

I was happy for moment. I have MotoPress Theme from which I removed some widgets and Front Page Footer right and left before thinking too much. I tried to upload front page of Theme again but each time the theme was adjusting to changes I made stupidly. It's Gutenberg Theme and I was told that I will be not able to change anything. Need help!

I reinstalled Wordpress through my hosting but it completely wiped my website which is a Woocommerce store, and wiped all my Wordpress plugins. Would this plugin still work even though I need to reinstall my plugins?

I hate wordpress so much, anyone reading this that is thinking of learning to use it, I strongly recommend that you do not. It is the most badly designed software in history and they never fix anything.

Awesome!!!!! You just saved me a lot grief! Redux plug-in, that I did not install, from Gutenberg completely changed and redesigned everything on my entire website. This plugin put everything back the way I had designed it. I am so thankful for your how to videos.

Hi,
I have a problem that i can not find a solution for.
I import Amazon products via Wzone woocommerce Amazon plugin and using oceanwp with elementor pro.


I change title and product data for SEO purposes and update.
Following day i see they have all reverted back to the original title, but the rest of the date remains the way i left it.
I have then gone into revisions and restored back to my changed version.
It still goes back to original imported title.
Do you have any suggestions?
