Kids 6 and under at an established company like iTutor: 1) in the online esl environment you are NOT going to send kids away from the camera. Especially young learners. Huge mistake for a lot of reasons. 2) you can not get kids to be too active during an esl online lesson. I don't mean to stifle them but many parents assume their kids are learning in a chair and looking at the camera. Parents write the feedback reports!!!. I could go on. The basic message of this video is great. However, I do not think the "master" has had much online experience working for a corporation.

OK, a tip here: have great lighting, including sunlight if you can swing it. Eliminate shadows on your face and don’t look like Dracula! Eric, you remind me of a very young Arnold Schwarzenegger! :)

You should watch your video till the end. You use the F%*&k work and walk away with such a bad attitude. Making these videos might be a money making spin for you but to some of us its what we can learn and practice in our rooms.
