Did you grinded piston rods ends to weight them on a scale and later with a cnc drill drilled them to fit rods to pistons? ;>)

Time to rebalance the crank after the small end mod

I know that has to be frustrating to find those pistons require a step boss conrod small end. Very professional as to how you tackled the problem. I work on heavy diesel and that design is integrated into a lot of our engines it's the best compromise for the loaded surfaces in that area.
