Das ist schon kein schrauben mehr.....DAS IST KUNST ! Wahnsinn ANDI, danke !
Ответитьtraumhaft!
ОтветитьI have no engineering degree but can you mill away material like that on such a crucial area?
ОтветитьI thought I was a critical ADHD builder but nah, some of this is overkill and he knows it as well, Ive been to shops that that do such, life filing the rod and cap, only to see it on the pay slip with a crazy mark up price.
ОтветитьWhat was the protrusion of the piston above the engine block?
ОтветитьГосподи что ты делаешь! Это такая ересь и полная безнадёга 😂😂😂

ОтветитьIs the play between the connecting rod shell and the shaft journal too large, 0.10mm?
Ответить" why does my engine build cost $4000 in labor?"
ОтветитьWas kostet Closed Deck umbau bei euch?
ОтветитьThin metal between cylinder walls, overheating concerns?
ОтветитьYou guys see the level of precision this guy goes to. It's a habit gained from Subaru engines since they blow if you breath on them.
ОтветитьWhat is that metal piece on the front of the engine? The timing chain area?
ОтветитьThe look of disappointment when the connecting rod didn’t fit within the piston lol
ОтветитьI built a motor in our shop and didn't do any of his measuring. Just ring gaps.
ОтветитьGreat work! This shop is gorgeous, clean and all around phenomenal.
Ответитьwhat is the green liquid?
ОтветитьI follow you from long time and is always a opera!!
You have magic hands and infinite passion !
Pleasure everytime watch yours video !!
Clean
ОтветитьDid you grinded piston rods ends to weight them on a scale and later with a cnc drill drilled them to fit rods to pistons? ;>)
ОтветитьYou will take 2 years to build this cheat
ОтветитьTime to rebalance the crank after the small end mod
ОтветитьI know that has to be frustrating to find those pistons require a step boss conrod small end. Very professional as to how you tackled the problem. I work on heavy diesel and that design is integrated into a lot of our engines it's the best compromise for the loaded surfaces in that area.
Ответитьأنت مبدع..
ОтветитьIch hab nicht ganz verstanden, warum du die Pleuel erst balanciert hast, um sie dann doch noch zu fräsen, damit sie in den Kolben passen?
ОтветитьI dont know nothing about engine building but this looks like professional work.
Ответить22 minutes no words and still fascinated the whole way through well done

ОтветитьBest part about the video..?
No talking, just building an engine.
Man why are you not working on Porsche engine, I would love to bring my 911 to you for a rebuild…. Amazing stuff you are doing…
ОтветитьThe accuracy of that 5th piston.
ОтветитьNever seen before tapering connecting rod
ОтветитьWaoooo hi quality and performance works
ОтветитьNever seen anybody grind down brand new pistons for a Pacific Weight 🤔 what’s the purpose of that ? Trying to find a perfect balance 😂then tell The motor to go to yoga class
ОтветитьHight qualiti work
ОтветитьMan this garage was lit
never leave the house unless 4 some ammo & grocerys & beer 😂
Would be cool to have a walkthrough of why you do each thing.
ОтветитьYou can't feel the threads when you use power tools.
