It's amazing anything is still standing. I never would have thought of pathogens in the water after a storm like this. It makes sense. I hope the people who were involved in this can recover.😮❤
ОтветитьWhen will you visit Cicero and maywood?
ОтветитьYou did a great job reporting on the two hurricanes Chris. Interesting doctor's interview as well. I previously had no knowledge of the cases of flesh eating bacteria after storm surges. Yikes! Thanks Chris!👍
ОтветитьAnother terrific job and a must see for anyone moving to or vacationing in an area under threart of hurricanes. What makes this and related videos really stand out is how they convey the immensity of the impact with both the video itself and incredible in depth interview(s). Yes there is a lot of hurricane footage out there but this is really the most comprehensive and knowledgable. The last three words describe overall the work of this creator in general.
ОтветитьChris, you are in my area. I have lived down here for several years. It is very unnerving to be sitting in the dark in the middle of the night because of the power going out listening to the wind howling outside. I lost a Lanai screen in Milton, no damage when Helene went west of me by 104 miles. Two years ago, hurricane Ian, I had a 65-foot pine tree fall onto my house putting 7 holes in my roof. The pine tree was not from my property. but under Florida law it was my responsibility. I had to wade into my subdivision four days after Ian. My new roof made it through Milton with no damage, some of my neighbors were not as lucky. I was blessed not to have more damage. I am burned out from this hurricane season. My subdivision did not power for 5 days.
ОтветитьA very important video, it has the feel of a PSA and that's a good thing.
ОтветитьI still don’t see how people are staying in Florida, between stronger storms, and even insurance companies pulling out of the entire state, it’s a literal sinking ship.
ОтветитьThis video is not sponsored by the Florida tourism board 😂
Ответитьits scary I was on siesta key in August
ОтветитьThis was all predicted by NASA (based in Florida) since 1988! YOU all chose to ignore the science, continue to vote for Global Warming DENIERS DeSantis and allied legislators that took “donations” (bribes) to let greedy capitalist colonize flat-lands, swamps, wetlands and areas that should NEVER have been colonized! Nature’s ecosystems are complex and Nature follows its OWN laws !!! Wait til a Cat. 5 🌀 hits these areas!
Ответитьin 2 months it will be like nothing ever happened. everything will be shiny and new.
ОтветитьGreat video. Thanks for Venice footage.
Ответитьthanx but nothing new except the rash of building in fl.'s swamp area - how about a new t-shirt like I got scre_ed in fl. ha ha
ОтветитьA house can look fine with flooding from the outside but trashed on the inside.
ОтветитьThis is the first time I have heard about Dr. Fanara. I went to Gainesville in the early 1960s, tell her: Go Gators.
ОтветитьWhy are you smiling in the thumbnail when it’s devastating?? :(
ОтветитьExcellent video! 😊
ОтветитьEdificios cuadrados y rectangulares, ricos sin cerebro.
ОтветитьDejaron sus mascotas tiradas se fueron volando en sus avionetas dejaron yate, y suto tirado obstruyendo, o sea no trabajaron nada antes y se sabía, huyen como narkos berretas.
